These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this store and to any order you place with Geedup Australia. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this store or place an order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
Products And Pricing
We aim to show clear photos, sizes, fabric notes, and care guidance for each product. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Size and fit notes on each product page are general guidance. Please check the size information before ordering.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise on the product or checkout page. Prices may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you confirm payment.
Limited drops may sell out quickly. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative where possible.
Orders And Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. That confirmation means we received your order. It does not mean your order has been accepted for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, or unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items to the original payment method.
You must provide complete and correct delivery and billing details. You are responsible for checking your order details before confirming payment.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All major cards are accepted through secure checkout. Payment is processed through secure payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on this site.
If your payment is declined, your order will not be confirmed. Please check your payment details and try again, or use a different payment method shown at checkout.
Shipping And Delivery
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Free shipping on orders over $600 (USD). Orders under $600 use Standard Shipping. Standard Shipping: 15 to 18 Business Days. Delivery timeframes are estimates in business days and depend on your location and courier. The shipping cost for orders under $600 will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order.
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided at checkout, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
Returns And Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered in our Returns and Exchanges page. Returns are available within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that meet the conditions on that page. Refunds go to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other Australian law that cannot be limited or excluded. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement as provided by law.
Fair Use And Accounts
If you create an account, you must keep your login details safe and tell us promptly if you believe your account may be at risk. You must not use the store for unlawful activity, for automated scraping that disrupts the store, or to interfere with other customers. We may suspend or close an account that misuses the store.
Intellectual Property
All content on this store, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, belongs to Geedup Australia or its licensors. You may view and use the store for personal shopping only. You must not copy, reproduce, or use store content for commercial purposes without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the store. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, except where Australian law provides otherwise.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be handled under Australian law, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
